Really good
Systematically Attacking The Arm Bar by Gordon Ryan
This is a really good instructional. I like that it adds to other instructions that already exist and isn't just regurgitated Danaher, which used to be a problem with Gordon's instructonals. it's also in an order that makes sense and is clear. I'm very pleased with this purchase and will be using it alongside Danaher's enter the system and canto's progressive system.
