In depth understanding of a vast throw
Uchimata Basic To Advanced by Israel Hernandez
The uchimata comes in so many shapes! He talks about motherthrows from where the diffrent variations of uchimata come from. Its really awsome to understand that the lifting uchimata is similar to koshi guruma etc. And that you can do variations where you skip a bit of the "get low and lift with you hip" by doing it with emphasis on the ashi-wasa. Cross-step is really generating more power for me as a tall judoka. Best uchimata instructional. But sound quality is a bit lacking.

Always Psyched For a New Melanson Instructional
Beating Them From Behind by Neil Melanson
Coach Neil always has new perspectives and outside-the-box approaches to grappling, and his take on back takes are second-to-none. You're guaranteed to learn a lot--and you can never go wrong when Neil's frequent uke, Justin "*****" Pierce is along for the ride. I've never had more laughs while learning brutal, efficient techniques. Epic ****.
