Crush Crush Crush! Revenge of the little people.
Lung Ride System by Liam Resnekov
I love this, the coach isn't a big guy, he shows great ways to use your weight to a max. It's a great system, I used it straight away and my training partners hate me.
Fresh, but foundational! Cool Bonus Breathing drills too.

I really enjoyed the last section on breathing and avoiding being crushed. It also gave me an updated foundation for pinning and I used it the next lesson. Great stuff! Want to see more.

Lung Ride System by Liam Resnekov
I really enjoyed this series, instruction is very clear, the coach has a very systematic approach to pressure and the invisible Jiu Jitsu game. AND there is an underlying theme that will help you train longer with less injuries. Highly recommend!

Explosive Combinations
Padbro's Canelo Style Boxing System by Ray Sabur
The purpose of this video is to give you explosive combinations inspired by Canelo to work on mitts and the heavy bag. The Sabur brothers are very successful in breaking down the combinations and demonstrating how they should look. It’s also impressive to watch them work together hitting the mitts. They emphasize throughout that Canelo’s style is “Offensively minded but defensively sound” so the purpose of each combination is to find powerful shots, frequently by using feints first, but then avoid the counter. I especially appreciated the section on combinations for the heavy bag because the mitt work combinations require an experienced pad holder, which is often not available outside of the gym. As a suggestion, it would helpful in future videos if an additional camera angle could show the footwork used during combinations, because often the camera shot does not show below the waist or knees, and the footwork wasn’t always totally clear. It would also help if they could explain the technique of the peel-off further. If you are looking for an instructional that teaches strong combinations to use in practice and sparring, this is a great choice.

Great structure to developing an open guard
The Pillars: Open Guard Mastery System by Stephen Whittier
This is a great instructional for developing the foundation of your open guard system. Many of these concepts are things I was taught initially when Is started jiu-jitsu and while I did some of them, others I had forgotten or gotten sloppy with. I believe if kids and white belts were taught this open guard system to begin with they would be in great position to layer on some of the fancier sport guards if they wanted to do so down the road.
