I always enjoyed watching Maggie's matchs as a non full time competitor she could walk in and get top 5 at the highest levels. I picked this up because she has a real life usable passing style that is much more realistic pressure +making contact. Then loose passing that in reality your opponent could just stand up at anytime. Nice style to add for mma and street fight pressure pinning controlling opponent. Ok ramble over

Hands down the best resource I've come across. As a white belt just trying to survive, learning pin escapes and guard retention have been my first priorities. Cannot recommend the JD GFF series enough. Does exactly what it says on the tin.
