I finally learned to escape side control - in no gi
The Great Escapes by Chris Haueter
After two years of training and watching many good videos on escapes, this is the one that made the breakthrough for me. It was the progression through the techniques that made it suddenly all make sense. There is very little gi specific technique here, so the fact that I do no-gi was not important. Note too, the great camera work, and that every instructor wears a different colour gi. Why, why, why is that not the standard for all instructionals? So, yes, I am very glad I bought it.

How to Integrate Striking With Your Grappling by Damien Anderson
The B team continues to put out some of the most innovative grappling info out there. I personally care more about MMA/Fighting over learning a new way to leg lock someone. I'm hoping combat jiujitsu really takes off in the coming years, this instructional is probably the best one out there on the integration of grappling and MMA.

Amazing details
Collar Sleeve Inside Control System by Mikey Musumeci
This instructional includes amazing details and is very brief in total duration. You can basically revolutionize your collar-sleeve guard with less than 2 hours of content. I do think it would be better to watch this one after the previous Collar Sleeve-Outside Control instructional, but it is not strictly necessary if you see this one on sale or if you are encountering more problems in sparring with inside control and want extra work on that position.
Great beginners course
The Padbros Mayweather System by Ray Sabur
On the plus side, these guys have great presence. They are very engaging and present the material well, and clearly are having fun, which makes it an easy watch. They are knowledgeable and obviously very skilled. On the down side, I got this looking for something a bit more advanced. This was a basic fundamentals boxing mitt work course. If you are new to boxing, I strongly encourage you to watch and drill this content, but if you've done more than 6 months of boxing, you aren't going to get anything new from it. I can honestly say I didn't learn anything new and that's a bit disappointing.
