Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Josh Barnett will make you a monster
Championship Level Catch Wrestling by Josh Barnett
This video knits together concepts that will help you competently dominate the kimura and opens it up not as a submission in itself but a key element in controlling a body and unlocking the flow of body mechanics to find weaknesses to exploit at every step on the path as opposed to treating it as a final step. You will always have a response to moves if you apply these principles and stop being at a loss for words.
