Tom goes into a high level of detail on the aspects of control and breaking on Kneebars, toeholds, and achilles locks. He then teaches entries into them, some of which are very unorthodox and previously unseen by me at least. He also shows how to take bad positions like back control and turn them into a leg entry. In addition, he teaches how to use positions that are commonly used for heel hooks (saddle, irimi ashi garami, etc.) and teaches how to get into his alternative submissions.

This was my second instructional on heel hooks (first by craig jones), and may I say wow. The clarity and detailed knowledge brought Danaher brings to the table is second to none. Before I knew nothing about the use of multiple ashi garamis for different purposes or had any idea of how to control a leg lock entanglement. John has 10xxed my knowledge on the subject and I cannot wait to train this stuff. Worth every penny.

Ivan demonstrates a large variety of throws, foot sweeps, and wrestling takedowns. They are primarily demonstrated in the traditional sambo garb (gi jacket and shorts), but he also demonstrates the no gi equivalent of many of them. In addition, he shows multiple gripping setups for almost every takedown he demonstrates. 10/10.

Jiu Jitsu Accelerator: Mastering No Gi Takedowns by Kendall Reusing
I am very much a top player/wrestler, and this has some very detailed info in it that is going to be very helpful. Kendall Reusing does a masterful job of not just breaking down individual takedowns, but also setups and chain wrestling based on your opponents reaction. Even on basic wrestling moves she provides details that I did not know about and madee my understanding of the move so much clearer. 10/10, would definitely reccommend.

High Percentage Chokes: No Gi by Lachlan Giles
Just under halfway through this one, and already I can confidently say it is worth every penny. Lachlan goes into key finishing details on the Darce, Arm-In Guillotine, the No-Arm Guillotine, and the Japanese Necktie. In addition, he shows how one can lead to another and what to do when they fight the grip. 10/10.

This was my first instructional on heel hooks that I ever bought, and the content is gold. Superb details on control, breaking, and transitioning positions. Unlike other instructionals that I've purchased, Craig also goes into staying safe and escaping the primary leg lock positions such as the saddle, 50/50, and single leg x/ashi garami. 100% worth the money.

Establishing A Home Base by Aidan Sericolo
This instructional was so helpful. I’m a smaller grappler who has a lot of trouble keeping a strong home base. The way Aidan breaks down the body into zones and the moves made a lot of sense. I have been applying it in class and it has really helped my game. This instructional was explained so well. He makes you understand why this position is important and it has helped me appreciate it more.

Attacks from HQ position have been my favorite techniques since I was a blue belt and I am quite good at it. But this video taught me new approaches and opened my eyes further for HQ position. You will have to sift through a lot of it to get to the point and make it applicable to your game. If you want detailed explainations of breaking mechanics and the minutiae of techniques, this is great. Though I think the communication style needs some work and feels like it's missing the forest for the trees.
