Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:J TAD 0-13 OODA Flow: Mobility And Ground Navigation By Alberto Gallazzi
TAD 0-13 OODA Flow: Mobility and Ground Navigation by Alberto Gallazzi
Firstly, I have been aware and a fan of Alberto Galazzi’s teaching and training methodology for a decade and any program that he releases to the public I am completely confident that he has spent countless hours thinking about his product, tinkering with it, working it to the bone, reworking the subject matter and then expanding on it. The man is most definitely a professor of movement and strength training. His life is a laboratory for what is efficient and translatable! Well, his TAD 0-13 OODA. Flow Mobility and Ground Navigation is another brilliant rendition of his succinct and studied mindset and will be a wonderful addition to the grappling arts training library. I actually loved his detailed explanations of the movements, not just the hows but the whys! BJJ is a thinking person’s martial art and this OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act) loop approach is well-thought out for the BJJ practitioners!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Finally some static stretching!
Limber Grappling: Stretching For Health and Better BJJ by Andrew Wiltse
He starts with the basics you need to stretch effectively and the instruction on it is very clear. Both here and Youtube is rife with dynamic stretches. I like them too but I needed some static ones to superset with isometrics. This is definitely good for beginners. A lot of the beginners stuff don’t explain things as clearly as this.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Simply essential and extraordinary. Highly

Butterfly Guard Re-Discovered by Adam Wardzinski
Professor Adam Wardzinski teaches principles and concepts while introducing to techniques. He points out key details of techniques as well as concepts of mechanics and timing and strategies to safe energy and multiplying points and/or submit your opponent. His way of covering his opponent's forearm and ellbow with his own when sweeping made a big difference for me! Highly recommend!!

Pressure Passing Encyclopedia by Bernardo Faria
Professor Bernardo Faria did an amazing job on teaching the concepts and positioning of the over/under passing. game. Escpecially the section of how to put pressure on your opponent`s diaphragm and how to keep it there until you passed his guard is pure gold. Also the way how he thinks and figures out when to skip the over/under pass and take your opponent*s back and when to switch to another pressure pass are so concise and efficient as the setting and resetting of your grips depending of your opponetüs defense so that thereis always leverage on your side! Absolute recommendation!!!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Closed guard simplfied and put to work
The Closed Guard by Bernardo Faria
Professor Beranrdo Faria did a great job of breakig down a several pathways of how you can use your closed guard to sweep, submitt or take your opponent`s back. He explains and demonstrates every technique and step by step and points out every key detail. It is about what to fucus on as well as what do avoid and if missing what the consequenes would be. The techniques are shown as variations and follow up scenarios depending if on your opponent´s reaction or follow ups if you miss your primary technique. Highly recommend!!!

Connected Reaction: Half Guard by Paul Schreiner
I’ve got a lot of Paul Schreiner’s instructionals as he is a great teacher who gets that balance just right between the talking and doing plus he works very closely with Marcelo Garcia. Unsurprisingly, this instructional is up to the very same standard. There are also some really great techniques to boot, which will help to up my game on the mats.

Self Mastery: Solo BJJ Training Drills by John Danaher
Professor John Danaher created this unique instructional about solo movements and moves that you can use to drill. What that meas for me is that he provided an instructional about all the technical details of the particular moves and put them in context afterwards so that you get an clear idea what they are designed for concept wise and techniqual wise. He also puts in context of rolling in the manner that you use tham in shadow rolling like boxers are used to shadow boxing!! Thank you for this tribute to the community!!!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Spiral Passing to the the hip the legs and the back
Leg Lock Counters by Ethan Crelinsten
Professor Ethan Crelinsten is doint a great job of breaking down the how and why of his style of jiu jitsu. What I like on his style of passing/coutnering is that he is using his arms a lot to spin his own body into the the best spot in front or on top of his opponent. He combines this spinning motion with twister hook backtakes and berimbolos which makes them a lot easier in terms of that the inversion do not has to be so dramatic and can also be done from less flexible people. Highly recommend!!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:On Point Instructional about Upper Body Submissions

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Dogbar dictionary
Kasper shows lots of ways to get into the dogbar and has good details on finishing. This is a leg lock that most people forget about, but Kasper shows how it can be useful in a variety of situations. The instruction is detailed, but concise so you never feel like things are being dragged out.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Perfect Follow up fo Marcelo+s Back Attack System!!
The MG Back Attack System 2.0 by Marcelo Garcia
Professor Marcelo Garcia offers another great source of getting, maintaining and finishing from the back or on the way to the back. On the first part focusing mainly on techniques and timing to get the back this one is more abut the technical details of taking the back as well as tranistion to submission or submitting while transitioning: This one also covers in detail how to take te back of an standing opponent as well as baiting your opponent from an esablished position to get easier access to your submissions. Great Source!!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Omoplata Ohooo!!
Omoplata Everyone by Bernardo Faria
Professor Bernardo Faria shows whenever there is a closed guard there is an omoplata. Whenever ther is an armbar or triangle form guard there is an omoplata. He also shows whenever there would be a takedown counter by kimura there is a takedown counter by omoplata. He also points out so well how to keep your opponent into the omplata or how to bring him (back) to the ground and finish it even against locked hands. And how to score if for any reason you cannot finish the omoplata by getting a sweep out of it. Highly recommend!!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Unique Escapes & Excellent Camera & Sound
The Great Escapes by Chris Haueter
I wish all BJJ Fanatics videos used steadycams, AI facial recognition, etc. or just a camera person that has some training. The Great Ecapes has strong camera work and sound. Also, the material feels unique, and it is likely that you will feel as you have gotten a new perspective with this video. Many videos are just a rehash of techniques that most of us have already seem. Chris Haueter is the real deal, and he is worth a watch.
