Jiu Jitsu For a Lifetime by Nicolas Gregoriades
Nic is a wonderful coach who has a clearly deep understanding of jiujitsu on a conceptual, and philosophical level. The content he covers in this course is for everyone. Even at black belt, Nic has opened my eyes to concepts that have blown my mind and changed my game. Highly recommended. There isn’t much else like it out there honestly.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great if u want longevity & big picture concepts
Jiu Jitsu For a Lifetime by Nicolas Gregoriades
Nic succinctly states the big picture concepts, how they apply in different scenarios and gives great advice on longevity. He explains the concept and then shows you how that concept applies to a particular move. Concepts will guide you when all else fails. He has a way of breaking it down through acronyms that make it easy to remember. He discusses philosophy as well I’m in my early 50s purple belt and have been training over eight years. Nic has some great advice for achieving longevity in the art. I’ve known tons of people to start and then quit. There are different seasons in life. In my 50s I’m probably close to fall closing in on winter. Haha Not gonna be going 100% with the 25-year-old kid. Nic also has a section on mobility. Strength and mobility is something we can work on at any age. This instructional by Nic is a must have if you are 40+

Championship Level Catch Wrestling by Josh Barnett
This is a great breakdown from a very experienced grappler. I feel like this is one of those positions I get all the time, but I rarely finish. I am going to keep working on these techniques and I am confident that this will become a strong part of my game.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Nic G jiu jitsu for a lifetime
Jiu Jitsu For a Lifetime by Nicolas Gregoriades
Nic is the kind of person who is detailed in everything he does. I’m fortunate that he is my instructor and he is as detailed in private lessons as he is on this film. He always surprises me with how much knowledge he has and how much credit he gives to people he has learned from. Nic is an incredible instructor and an even better person. I really like the CAP and SOAP acronyms, definitely helps me remember to pay attention to how I’m applying submissions. This is a top notch instructional and I highly recommend it.

This diamond concept is so useful for guard retention, because with only few mechanics to understand you can defend every common scenario of guard pass. Xande is great in his explanations, everything is clear and simple and easy to apply on sparring right after seing the instructional. A great purchase !
