Arm Bars: Enter The System by John Danaher
This instructional goes into practically every detail about the arm bar, if you listen carefully and drill what is taught your arm bar technique and conceptual understanding will become first class. The tutorial was a little repetitive but I suspect it was intentional to drum in key concepts so that even if watched only once you should develop a much improved level of understanding.

Tactical Turtle by Neil Melanson
Transitioning out from turtle has always been one of the weaker areas to my game so I have spent quite a bit of time researching different instructionals and finally settled on this one by Neil Melanson. This is a great series and has improved my game dramatically. Neil offers a more different approach compared to the classical BJJ techniques. I am new to Neil’s work but will definitely be checking out more of his content

I bought this instructional with the understanding that it would only serve to add a perspective of greco-roman wrestling and not necessarily overhaul my entire takedown game and it did not disappoint, the only reason I gave it three stars and not more is that it can not compete with the instructionals at higher price points in terms of detail or quality.

I’ve always been a fan of Mikey’s tournaments and his crazy retention, this video makes a lot of sense and I actually used 2 techniques I learned from the instructional and it helped me keep the guard retention I’ll keep on buying his instructionals I really recommend them, Big fan :call_me_hand:

John Danaher’s instructional videos are a class apart. The level of detail John goes into has really helped me hone my game and have a higher success rate from closed guard. As an older practitioner, having solid attacks from closed guard is, in my view, priceless. Thank you, John!
