Solid instructional!
KB Essentials an Instructional Guide to Kettlebell Training by Mike Perry
Pretty solid instructions, in terms of breaking down the basic techniques of the KB this is probably the best material out there, the downside is that there's no sample workout or anything like that giving examples on how to put together a workout with the techniques shown for different levels of fitness and experience.

I recommend any of Mikey’s instructionals, but this helped me fully understand the K guard and best ways to get to it! I’m a big man, moving like a rooster now 😉
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Good instructional, straight to the
Good instructional, straight to the point without too much waffle
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Video offers good intricate details
The Collar and Sleeve System Part 1: Outside Control On The Knees by Mikey Musumeci
Video offers good intricate details of the Collar and Sleeve techniques. However, the lesson plan could have been better organized. It has a total of almost 8 hours of instructions in 8 volumes. Yet, under each volume, it is only divided into only 2 or 3 chapters, making tracking and going back to specific instructions/techniques difficult. The instructions from Mikey, though clear and enthusiastic, were repetitive throughout the video and interjected by seemingly random questions/comments from his sister. You will need good patience to get through the entire video. I would have returned it for a refund if I had not downloaded the video to watch offline.

Kettlebell StrongFirst by Pavel Tsatsouline
Loved it! I have used kettlebells for a while and the video corrected me on a few things and drove home certain aspects to focus on and certain aspects (shoulder exercises) to not push to far due to overuse due to already rigorous BJJ workouts.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great addition on top of the GoFurtherFaster passing material.
New Wave Jiu Jitsu: No Gi Guard Passing by John Danaher
Like always everytime I watch a danaher instructional, I feel like a white belt and I dont know anything about jits at all. Tons to learn! Answers all the gripping issues I had from gi half guard passing and gi passing. That being said, even though there are some elements of repeat, you are selling yourself short as many aspects of gi passing do not translate. Majority of the concepts/techniques introduced were new to me.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Lachlan's instructionals are unbiased at all the BEST!!
No Gi Open Guard Volume 1: K Guard by Lachlan Giles
First and foremost, I've never met Lachlan. I just a 45 year old BJJ brown belt who has been doing BJJ for 10 years, and has amassed a way too large BJJ (and wrestling, striking, self-defense lol) fanatics instructional collection since Jan 2018 lol. I've got 1000s of hours I will probably never even get to. With that said, I have to put over this instructional and everything Lachlan has put out since his Leg Lock Anthology as the very best instructionals of the many great ones that Fanatics has to offer! Lachlan is a great instructor, and you can tell he put a ton of effort and pride into these. The cost is way cheaper then the Danaher guys, and every bit as detailed and thorough with eay less "filler" time. I don't write many reviews even though I purchase a ton, but feel obligated to when it comes to how good Mr. Giles are!!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Excellent instructor
