Short and to the point
Creating Explosive Takedowns by Stephen Neal
This instructional has a more narrow scope than many of the takedown instructionals on here, but that doesn't make the information any less valuable. This is basically a brief seminar on the single, double, and high crotch- three of the most commonly seen and high-percentage takedowns. If you're already an accomplished wrestler, you're probably familiar with the material here, but for BJJ guys looking to build the fundamentals of their takedown game, this is a good starting point. I'd recommend this for those who are just beginning to focus on stand-up: master the material here, and then move on to a more comprehensive course.

Standing2Ground: Upper Body Takedowns by John Danaher
I'll never see standing position the same after John Danaher's explanation about thinking of it in terms of defense, I personally hope he doesn't mind that I consider him a coach from afar and tell everyone about him, sometimes literally writing down the link to this site on pieces of paper... I think the last person that got one was a security guard that opened a door for me.
