The concepts alone are worth watching this series. Whether your a 6 month white belt or OG black belt; you will glean wisdom and more efficient guard passing with out the gi. However most of the contents can be applied with a gi as well

This instructional is absolutely fantastic and filled with tons of intricate essential details to make the kesa gatame position work. It shows some of the many entries to kesa as well as how to maintain the position w your legs, lats, weight and posture. And it even shows how you can really truly apply the pressure in kesa gatame. the instructional also briefly shows what is essentially nino guard on bottom and how you can effortlessly roll them into normal kesa gatame.

There’s little left to be said about Firhas Zahabi’s teaching style and his factory like production of champions. That said this series is a gem of fundamental attacking techniques from stand up which can be easily drilled and honed, whether by yourself working a heavy bag or with a partner holding pads. His concepts and the techniques shown when combined with a solid ground game will make you hard to deal with. This is a must have tool for your stand up arsenal.

First off let me say I loved the video had a lot of fun watching but as an instructional it was just mediocre not much explanation of technique or how to execute said techniques. Mike Tyson is a great peka boo style boxer...one of the best but as an instructor....not so much brings to mind an old quote "those who can do...those who can't...teach"
