This was the first instructional I purchased as I was heading into my blue belt and it helped me alot transition in to playing a guard game. I have purchased a few other instructional since then but I still always go back and re hash and add bits and tweek them into my game.

I'd recommend this for anyone struggling with mount. It's a deceptively hard position to be dangeorous from and Magid lays out strategies so you always have a "go to" option once you're on top.
