Packed with innovative and surprising techniques for everyone
A One-Armed Approach To Brazilian Jiu-JItsu by Aaron Lapointe
I bought this series knowing it would be helpful for when I am dealing with any hand, shoulder or arm injury, and it surely is. But I was surprised that there is so much more here. I tend to be hand and arm centric in my game, and I am continuously striving to get my legs involved more at all times. This video series shows you how to improve that aspect of your game. LaPointe's hip movement and use of his legs is amazing, and you can get a lot from this course just learning from this. But he also shows very innovative (and sneaky) grips, set ups and finishes -- ones that will help you no matter what your physical ability. There is over 5 hours of instruction here -- a complete game including survival, escapes, passing, defending passes, and submission from all positions. LaPointe's one-arm perspective will most certainly sharpen your game. I highly recommend this course to everyone.

Thorough explanations from one of the best coaches. Will get far with only studying this.
Jiu Jitsu Accelerator: Mastering Gi Top Position Submissions by Kendall Reusing
I enjoy instructionals more when they have a specific point of view and limit the total number of techniques. Kendall provides a fair number of techniques without overwhelming you. I also like her ideas concerning pressure and her submission chain from the paper-cutter arm trap. If you prefer no non-sense jiujitsu with an emphasis on fundamentals, this instructional is probably for you.

Train Safe: Reducing The Risk of Injury Accidents In The Jiu Jitsu Training Room by John Danaher
To be good at BJJ, you need to train, and to be able to train, you need to stay injury-free. Especially if you're getting older and need to take extra care of your body, this video series offers excellent advice. Once again, JD exceeds expectations, coming from the best of the best.

Jiu Jitsu for Old Guys: Over / Under Pressure Passing System by Bernardo Faria
I love how Bernardo connects everything together and repeats even the smallest details multiple times without getting tired. If you're an older athlete on the mat, this series will be incredibly valuable for you. You won't have any questions left in your mind regarding the 'Over Under' pass.

Great if you’re looking to get in to lockdown
Lockdown 101: Quickstart Guide To Success by Cameron Mellott
I’ve been experimenting on lockdowns lately and wanted to expand my knowledge on the position. This instructional has definitely been informative. However, the only thing I would say is that, I wish Cameron would have spent more time on the fine small details (which was ultimately what I was really looking for). It felt more like a crash course to learning the lockdown than anything. That being said, there were still some good info on here that definitely helped me with my lockdown game. This would be great for someone who’s just getting in the lockdown or has never played it before.
Good tips
