One of the best as far as being concise, showing details, and SHOWING THE DAMN technique from a few angles. More instructionals need to follow this format

Building Workouts For BJJ by Charles Allan Price
I might be a white belt in BJJ but I’ve been lifting weights for many years. I thought this instructional would help me “build” my workouts “for BJJ” as is in the title. There is basically no talk about programming or progression. It’s a list of exercise demonstrations and maybe something like, you could do this for 3 sets of 5. Oh and try to keep the RPE between 7-10. That’s as close as it gets to programming/progression. The exercise demonstrations were fine but only a beginner would need that. A beginner would also need a template to work off of. Someone more intermediate to advanced lifting wise won’t need the basic demonstrations and will not learn anything of value for programming workouts for jiu jitsu. Really disappointed in this one.
Power ride by Craig jones

Brilliant As Always
Make Z Guard Great Again by Craig Jones

Can't go wrong with Professor Paul Schreiner
Connected Reaction: Clinch Closed Guard by Paul Schreiner
This is another incredible instructional from Paul Schreiner. He hits the mark every time when it comes to explaining the overall goal of the position and all of the miniature battles you will face in each. He delivers so much technical knowledge, but also gives you the how's and why's in simple terms to keep you engaged. I really enjoyed the lessons using the 2 on 1 pistol grip and have purchased his videos on that position alone for further studying.

Great instructional
Breaking Legs and Breaking Hearts by Garry Tonon
Detailed and organized. Beneficial for all wanting or elevating their game.
Interesting content, could use more examples
The Heisen Guard by Malachy Friedman
I think this is a really interesting concept but I feel like the basics of it are rushed and there is more time spent on "breaking bad" style transitions than there is showing the technique from multiple angles. One time just isn't enough to absorb the information and it's a bit annoying to have to rewind constantly.

Tape Review
The Mechanics Of No-Gi Chokes by Jordan Preisinger
It was beneficial to listen to him navigate the videos of his own rolls pointing out what went well and didn't go well. I liked how he was able to easily rewind the video to catch details. This is difficult to talk through and perform with an Uke and he made it really easy to follow.
