There is truly a ton to learn from this, at least if you are still new to BJJ as I am. It will probably take me a few years to get through it. I found the intro section on stances (ai-yotsu and kenka-yotsu) super helpful as some people don’t address this. Overall a lot to learn but definitely glad I bought it.

I’m slowly making my way through this after starting with the section on cross collar sleeve and bicep (worth it for this alone). Gave me something to immediately go to in open guard and looking forward to adding more of the ashi garami and x-guard sweeps to my game. Love it.

I am really enjoying it. It seems to be sort of a simplified takedown system (still complex enough though) compared to his more in-depth takedown series. It's perfect for someone like me who just wants to build a relatively simple but effective take down game.

Kieran claims to have the best false reap in the world but what he doesn't tell you is that he's also one of the best instructors in the world. This one (and his other instructional on half guard) is a must have even if you have other instructionals on the same topic. His instruction is full of high level details that you won't find anywhere else.
