Half Guard Master
The Coyote Half Guard by Lucas Leite
This has been my favorite video so far. I really like all the details like shifting the pressure or being able to defend myself or even attack from bottom. It make me feel very comfortable and gives me more confidence in the gym. Would recommend and I would definitely buy more of these kinds of videos. Very helpful and very applicable to everyday rolls.
Highly recommended
Overhook From Everywhere by Adele Fornarino
I was so impressed by Adele Fornarino's previous instructional (Overhook Closed Guard) that I immediately purchased 'Overhook From Everywhere.' This course exceeded my high expectations. I've always used the overhook offensively, but Adele's system expanded its potential exponentially. She demonstrates how to use it as a dynamic weapon that flows seamlessly into every major attack. The sequences from the standing clinch down to the half guard are brilliant. If you want a complete system that turns this powerful control into a relentless submission platform, this is essential.
