Very good break down on the bodylock pass. There are a number of details worth noting in this but when applied correctly can be a formidable option for attacking guard and passing.

M. H. created another outstanding instructional: no gi chokes. You can feel his passion and enthusiasm from the first up to the last second! He points out the crucial details extraordinary well. He uses his whole body all the time and uses angles to set up and finish all the time. The cut of the instructional is unique by implementing angles when sensible by proper positioning of the camera and zooming.
