This is the best instructional available on foot and heel locks. Unlike most instructional that focus on just straight footlocks or ankle locks, this covers both, so it is just really comprehensive and a great one stop for lower body attacks. Gordan Ryan's has refined his style now and it's a pleasure to watch.
