Good Content
Very good, structured approach to getting back to the feet. As a Luta Livre practitioner and former MMA competitor, I much prefer this to simply Granby rolling to Guard. Good, concise presentation, solid methodology, obviously high level technical mastery by the presenter. Still needs some adjustment for MMA.
Leglock Prevention by Bjorn Friedrich
Leglock Prevention by Bjorn Friedrich
Professor B. F. shows his take of leg lock prevention with accuracy. He really points out the key concepts and key points added up with a proper amount of details so that you can get it quite quick
Fundamental and effective
Next Generation Closed Guard by Mica Galvao
Love all of Micas content, this one is full of fundamental techniques with some variations. As always -really well taught. Video quality isn't as good as his more recent instructionals but it doesn't affect the content.

Kurt gives some great tips to moves I have learned in class but makes them more effective. Plus he's funny which adds a bit of fun to it as well.
Learn from the best
The Fastest Way: To Develop An Unpassable Guard by John Danaher
This one was calling out to me. A low knowledge newb looking for an instructional by the best, most technical of them all. This one is perfect for wrapping my mind around what a strong guard looks like.
Another Excellent Giles Instructional
No Gi Open Guard Volume 1: K Guard by Lachlan Giles
Lachlan Giles always delivers the highest quality instructionals and this is no exception. He covers some general offensive open guard concepts and details before moving specifically into the K guard. The level of detail and clarity of explanation and illustration is superb as always.
Guard Retention
They Shall Not Pass by Gordon Ryan
So helpful. No one teaches guard retention formally in the gym. This has helped my game a lot. People are frustrated with my guard.
Extremely Good!
Kill The Collar Tie: BJJ Trendsetters by Dima Murovanni
Dima is easy to understand, and he goes into great detail. I loved this series! I tried it myself, and it works great in matches if you apply the rules as he explains them.
Everything I didn’t know about guillotines
The Front Headlock System by John Danaher
I didn’t really use the guillotine much before watching this, it may not be my favourite technique but I make more use of it now
Solic
The Complete Williams Guard by Shawn Williams
Well explained and easy to follow
Change my game
Amazing instructional all the top bjj fighters are using the choi bar for a reason.
Knee Cut Pass Masterclass
Mastering The Knee Cut Pass by Kit Dale
Purchased this as I am horrible at knee cut passes, and getting past knee shields in general. I can’t tell you how much some of the tips in here have helped with that - even something as simple as pushing the opponents leg once you’ve landed the knee in the gap after the cut (better illustrated in the video lol). Also, Kit is articulate, clear, the audio and video quality is great… just a fantastic instructional overall, so worth the money.
Good name for good content
Mount Dominance by Brandon McCaghren
So I **** at finishing from mount position, often being left without an idea what to go for or how to finish, I watched B-Mac content, slowly step by step, Figured out I'll start with simple things, my go to since like 2 months is Chopping Block, but instead of cooking them I just submit everyone using it, energy effective, simple yet deadly in execution, get to the Chopping Block ,grab their head, lay down on the face using belly. Works like a charm. Thank you for excellent content sir! huge fan here.
systematically attacking the back
Systematically Attacking The Back by Gordon Ryan
Amazing content, and a very clear and concise way of explaining all the mechanics involved in securing control over the opponent from the back mount and finishing the rnc submission in the most energy efficient way. One of the best Instructionals I have watched so far.

No Gi Pressure Passing by Bernardo Faria
Good passes from the master
Very Impressive
Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning by Craig Jones
This is basically the future of BJJ. Remenber when leglocks were neglected ? This is the second season, using the legs to establish control.
Concise
The World Championship No Gi Guard System by Bia Mesquita
Great if you dont have 8 hours to waste watching instructionals
Changed my game
Power Ride: A New Philosophy on Pinning by Craig Jones
Loved this instructional. Craig's got a great way of delivering the content and the concepts discussed were real game changers for my passing/pinning. Overall, I'm far more focussed now on controlling my opponent and letting them provide me with the opportunity to sub them, rather than diving on subs.

mother $€#%^ing !!
Octopus With Pajamas by Eduardo Telles
this man makes bjj look too easy. this is a position that I have had wanted to get good at for years. Telles shows the moves several times at different angles. no fluff of talking for an hour while your eyes roll back because of boredom. just the move and what is important to make it work.
great as always
